In the 4/27/10 issue of the Wine Advocate, Antonio Galloni gives Le Ragnaie's 2005 Brunello a 93, and writes that "this is the first wine I have tasted from Le Ragnaie, and it is a stunner considering the estate's brief history."

Congratulations to Kooyong and First Drop! In the March, 2010 issue of Food and Wine magazine, Ray Isles names 2006 Kooyong Clonale Chardonnay and 2008 First Drop The White One as two of his ten "refined Australian wines."

Check out our newest Lost Highway label, which is featured in the June 2009 issue of American Style Magazine. The wine is a 2006 Super Tuscan made by the acclaimed Italian winery Felsina Berardenga, and the original label art was done by noted Philadelphia mosaic artist Jonathan Mandell. We look forward to the arrival of this eagerly anticipated offering early this summer.

Boxhead Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
This is a full bodied wine, deep purple in colour, which shows hints of herbaceous cabernet combined with rich fruits of ripe raspberry and currant. The palate is equally rich, with intense red fruit, herbaceous mint and smoky oak combined with strong tannin structure, balanced acid and layered finish. Drink now or in the next 5 years. |
