Mataro-Grenache
McLaren Vale

A lively blend of 82% Mataro and 18% Grenache from Whites Valley in the southern part of The Vale. The grapes are hand picked, wild fermented and rested on full lees in old French oak for 5 months. Gravity racked to bottle, un-fined and unfiltered. This wine is medium bodied, highly drinkable and made for summer lovin' and winter snuggles.

Blood plum, blueberry, raspberries, sage, ink and and some purple flowers. There’s a sweetness to the fruit but with some funk to back it up. Gulpable and an absolute delight.

It was a crazy year, a life-changing year.  Learn More »
