Barossa Valley

The grapes are hand harvested from 85+ year old ancient bush vines grown on the river sands of Vine Vale. The juice undergoes 50% whole bunch fermentation and is hand plunged with zero additions. It is gently basket pressed, aged in old neutral oak barrels, then hand bottled without sulphur. The final product is super expressive, unique and delicious.

Highly aromatic, with strong hints of green herbs, wood and stewed berries. The weight has soft and delicate tannins, firm acid and good length of flavor. Other notes include mint, soft berries and green twigs. A slight chill and decant are recommended.
