Single vineyard Mataro full of the wild bramble-berry goodness that this variety can offer. Made on the fuller side of medium-bodied, but with freshness and drinkability in mind. Handpicked and wild fermented with a dash of whole-bunch. 10 months maturation on light lees in seasoned French Hogsheads. Sans pumps, fining or filtration.
