Yarra Valley

This is a nimble, unaffected Yarra Valley Pinot whose sheer drinkability belies its quality, composure and ageworthiness. No overt oak influence leaves raspberry, cranberry and cherry fruits to do their thang. Sap & forest leaf chime in along with a fair amount of spice. The acidity sweeps it along beautifully but there’s quite enough flesh on its bones all the same. Predominately savory. Fine smudgy, mineral tannin wraps it up.

Where does Timo come into play? He is the silent assassin. The mad genius amongst his peers. Timo is Timo. Learn More »
