When does "White + Red ≠ Pink?" When Anton Van Klopper says so! The 'Vino Rosso' moniker is a bit misleading as the wine is made from 60% white varieties with the remainder being Sangiovese and Merlot. This is rosé from another galaxy!
Serve a little chilled to best draw out flavors of fresh-cut flowers, macerated strawberries and spice. Soft and slurpy with a little of the distinctive funk that often accompanies non-interventionist winemaking.
